Marrowtype is a small editorial project. It is not a registered company. It does not have a headquarters, employees, or a postal address you can send mail to. It is a website published by a small team in their own time.
Contact
The only contact channel is email: hello-marrowtype.spectator453@passinbox.com. We read what comes in. We respond when we can.
What we publish
Editorial content on this site is written by a small team operating under the name Marrowtype. The work should be judged on what it says, not on who said it. Our house style documents the standards we hold ourselves to, and our about page describes what the project is for.
Liability for content
We try to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we issue a dated correction on the article in question and link to it from the article. We do not silently rewrite. If you believe a piece contains an error, email us with the URL and a short explanation; corrections we agree with go live within a few days.
Liability for external links
The site links to external pages. We have no control over their content. We do not endorse anything those sites publish. If a linked page is found to violate the law, write to us and we will remove the link.
Copyright
Editorial content (text, layout, original images) is © Marrowtype. Personal use, quoting in commentary,
sharing links, and printing for offline reading are welcome. Republishing full articles requires written
permission. Training generative AI models on our content is not permitted; the AI-crawler opt-outs in
robots.txt are the technical expression of that policy.
If you are in the EU and want a registered Impressum
The legal requirement for a full Impressum with a personal name and street address applies to commercial content services in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If our publication ever becomes commercial in a way that triggers that requirement, we will update this page with the necessary disclosures before the change takes effect.
